1.How long does it take to get my pictures back after my event?

Yes, your images are available within two business days of your event in either print or CD format by pick-up. I will make arrangements with you ahead, because framing and enlargements may take extra time. I also use a courier service for prompt delivery for a nominal charge.

2.Do I have a choice about Black and White or Colour?

Yes, you are welcome to choose either black and white or colour. I always shoot in colour, which converts easily to black and white.

3.How far in advance do I have to book my event?

Yes, your time is guaranteed. I have seasonal commitments, along with specific commitments to clients. Yet, I may be available to do your shoot on very short notice.

4. Do I get the pictures as proofs or on a CD?

Yes, you can opt for either prints or CD or both; and I offer framing as well. If you want prints, I prefer to email low resolution images for you to choose from. On the CD, I will provide both low and high resolution for email and screen savers, and printing and enlargements respectively. For framing, I have an arrangement with a local framer to provide as many frames as you want, and in whatever sizes.

5. Do you use a studio?

Yes. If I am doing portraits of you or your family, I prefer to think of your home and its natural settings as my studio. I can set up with studio equipment in your home, or you can come to my studio.

6. What happens if I decide I don't want the pictures?

Yes, you only pay for images you want. I cannot refund the agreed-upon shooting fee for time spent.

7. Can I choose the site where the pictures will be taken?

Yes. I would be very happy to shoot at a site of your choosing? I will need to discuss technical details for quality purposes, along with the time involved for pricing purposes.

8. Do you provide video photography in addition to still photos?

Yes. Although I am a still photographer, I can set up a video shoot for you at very reasonable rates.

9. How much retouching do you do to images?

Yes, I do retouching on request. Some retouching will be done as needed for no charge. I am also very happy to combine images, create collages, do radical alterations, and produce images from your ideas. Image design costs are dependant on the work done.
